Big Decisions....

So I kinda decided what i want to do in school. Growing up I had always really wanted to be a nurse. the idea always just sounded really fun to me, i love being around people and i'd like to do something with my life that is worth-while and helps the people around me. But about a month ago the fam was at lunch by dad's office and we saw some paramedics walk by, mom made a comment about how i should do that! it was kinda a joke at first i think because we mentioned how the paramedics and firefighters always seem to be more attractive, but anyway it kinda got me thinking. and i actually am super interested in it. I'm not the greatest student in school, and you basically have to get straight A's to get into the nursing program up at BYU-I, i'm thinking i will want SOME kind of social life, so maybe nursing isn't for me right now. Anyway, Mom contacted one of her old friends who is the chief at a fire station and he is going to try and hook me up in Idaho. I've been looking online at different things and watching Discovery Health haha. It says that the EMT license will actually give me a greater chance of eventually getting into a nursing program if that is what i decide to do. I'm actually really excited. I know i will have to deal with much blood and guts and what not but i'm pretty good at handling it. Anyway...I'm a big kid now!!
